Chris brings 14 years of both hands on and management experience to our Director of Operations position. He is a Cincinnati native that has worked in both non-profit and commercial building. His love of aesthetics and custom design grew even at a young age learning how to refinish hundred-year-old church doors. Chris’ time spent in facilities operations from 2,000 sq. ft town homes and 10,000 sq. ft commercial properties lends itself to managing all our beautiful remodels. His favorite quote has been “If something’s not on fire now, it will be in the next 15 minutes, make sure you’re prepared.” He looks forward to lighting that fire in your expectations and dreams and making your perfect home a reality.
Jon has been a member of the Schone team since 2014. He received a B.S. in marketing from Northern Kentucky University and has been involved in the residential construction industry for over 35 years. Before coming to Schone, Jon worked as a project Manager for 2 local builders, and had his own residential building company for over 5 years. “Every project is unique and I am passionate about providing world class craftsmanship that doesn’t just meet expectations, but far exceeds them!”
Chris brings over 15 years of experience in digital design to the Schone team. Always up for a challenge he will help make Schone's marketing as timeless and memorable as the kitchens we design. As a lover of all things printed, Chris honed his skills as a prepress designer where he specialized in the user experience of print design (ask him about it sometime, but make sure you have a comfortable seat) He also adjuncts at a local community college, preparing new young talent for the real world. When he is not pushing pixels you will probably find him pushing weight and running from carbs, or throwing a yo-yo in whatever empty space he can find.
Diane joined our team in January 2021 as Finance Manager. She has over 30 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience across a wide range of industries including construction, restaurants, non-profits, professional services, manufacturing, as well as her own businesses. Diane enjoys the detail work of financial organization to provide sound business reporting and planning strategies. Diane graduated from the University of Kentucky.
Lissa has over 20 years of HR/ Office Management experience. She oversees the day to day operations of the office and staff as well as providing exceptional customer service. Lissa’s favorite part of her job is connecting the clients with our designers/project managers to help fulfill their remodeling vision.
